TIMETABLING NEWS
3rd Oct 2011 - Week 40
The online booking form is now available for 2012 bookings.
All new bookings for 2012 can now be entered. All changes to existing bookings need to be requested via email or internal mail.
6th July 2011 - Week 27
Regarding Planning: Please note that the option to add a virtual occurrence is currently not working on the Planning system. If you do have activities sharing, please just add the shared activity course occurrence in the comments box.

A link to the Planner Training Manual has been added to the above list of Documents. If you are involved with timetable planning for 2012, please do ensure you've checked this out.
2012 Planner closes August 1st at 3PM!
20th June 2011 - Week 25
Just a reminder to all involved in 2012 Timetable Planning. The planning system will close on August 1st in order for us to start with the scheduling process.
This date has been set by the Management Team, and therefore no extensions will be allowed from our end. If you require extra time, you will need to put this information forward to your Deans.

If you require any training before you start your 2012 timetable on the Planning system, please send an appointment request to Katherine.Healy@cpit.ac.nz
Training manuals are also available upon request.
30th May 2011 - Week 22
2012 Timetable Planning is now open.
All rolled over activities can be found under "Scheduled Activities" on the course occurrence. If an occurrence is not present, when it should be, please contact your Faculty Admin Staff.
